February RDM Update

Greetings from the Resource Development Ministry (RDM)!
 2026 is starting out positive for our church family’s finances! As the 2026 Stewardship campaign comes to a close, we find ourselves approximately 6% ahead in pledges, THANK YOU!! For those of you that haven’t turned in your card, please know that it’s not too late. The ministry teams and staff use your cards and promises to plan our budget each year for our FPC programing, mission, and structure expenses and goals throughout the year. There is a stack of blank cards on the countertop in the gathering area and your completed card can be dropped off in the church office or offering plate.

The RDM is especially excited to announce that FPC has entered into a lease agreement with Wooster Montessori School (WMS) to house their new high school program! During the weekdays, WMS will be using the downstairs youth area along with classrooms 1 and 2. FPC will still be able to use these areas on Sundays and other times when not in use by WMS.

This important new affiliation with WMS will provide them with much needed space for their new program, allow us to open our underutilized space to a community organization, and provide FPC with a steady, meaningful monthly rental income stream for our programing, missions, and structure.
