One Day Away

It's time to register for One Day Away! Don't miss your chance to help support our youth and take some MUCH needed time for yourself! It is the day before Mother's Day so consider this a wonderful gift to mom. There will be something for everyone! 3 Yoga classes (different styles but all levels welcome), Tai Chi, Mindful Meditation, Qi Gong, Sound Bath Healing, Art as Meditation and more! The cost is $25 a class or the whole day for $75. We have wonderful outside teachers donating their time for this event and we hope you support them and our youth!
